Work with Andrea to design a custom invitation or announcement tailored to your event!  Past work includes: baby showers, wedding showers, birthday parties, deb parties, and corporate event invitations.

*Standard timeline for completion of the artwork and design is 4 weeks, and additional time may be needed for printing and shipping. Please contact us if rush order is requested.

Base pricing:  5x7 flat cards printed on 120 lb eggshell ultra white cardstock with matching straight flap envelope

Invitation artwork, design, and printing: Base pricing includes $150 design fee plus $2.20/card (minimum order of 25 cards), plus tax. Design fee may increase depending on intricacy of design.

(Optional) Custom envelope liner artwork and lined envelopes: If artwork from the original invitation design is used, pricing begins with a $50 base design fee, plus $0.30/envelope. If new artwork is created for the liner, base design fee starts at $125 and may increase depending on intricacy of design, plus $0.30/envelope. *Available in straight flap or euro flap options (+$0.20/envelope)

(Optional) Printed return address: Begins with a $25 formatting fee, plus $0.20/envelope.

How to Order

1) Visit this form and fill out the Invitation questionnaire.

2) After we receive your form, we will reach out with any follow-up questions prior to sketching your design, and establish an estimated timeline for completion.  You will then receive a sketch of the design for approval before painting begins. Up to two rounds of edits to your sketch will be included with our base price. Additional edits to your sketch after two rounds will cost $25.

3) Once your custom sketch is approved, you'll receive an emailed invoice that can be paid online, and your invitations will be officially underway!  Any alterations to the painted portion of your invitations (that involve re-painting) start at $75 per edit. Andrea will work with you to ensure the layout and design are exactly what you envisioned, and you will receive a final proof prior to printing.

Available add ons:

Upgrades to printing: We work with several different printers to offer a variety of printing processes including gold foil stamping, thermography, and letterpress. Upgrades to printing may increase printing times. Additionally, we can offer digital guest addressing if desired. 

Upgrades to paper: Most common upgrade is 240 lb paper (+$0.50). We can also accommodate changes to size, texture, etc., as well as changes to envelope color.

Full service printing on paper and party goods: We are able to offer printing on many other items such as cups, napkins, signs, etc. Please contact for pricing and more information.

Notecards created from your custom artwork: We are happy to add your design to custom notecards for an additional $25 design fee plus printing costs. *Extra fee may be added for extensive re-formatting

Additional Information

Unless expressly granted in writing prior to production, Andrea Shields Illustration owns the rights to the artwork in perpetuity, as well as the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes, and to repurpose and sell the artwork to other customers.
